Fiore Extravaganza July 4th-11th

Building on the success of last year's Five days of Fiore event, the Fiore extravaganza, a week-long seminar in honour of the great man's 600th anniversary of writing, will be held from July 4th to July 11th. The exact content will be confirmed closer to the time, but the schedule will go something like this:

Saturday 4th: 11-13.30: introduction to the treatise, abrazare, dagger, sword. 14.40-17.00: Applications of abrazare in other weapons.
Sunday 5th: 11-13.30: zogho largo and zogho stretto with the longsword. 14.30-17.00: applying the concepts in freeplay
Monday 6th: 11-13.30: questions and answers; submit your questions in advance, to be answered in detail on the day. Afternoon: free training/rest period.
Tuesday 7th: 11-13.30: sword in armour and pollax plays. 14.30-17.00 Spear plays, applying polearm material in freeplay.
Wednesday 8th: no class.
Thursday 9th: 11-13.30: Revision of key plays: abrazare, dagger, sword, ax and spear. 14.30-17.00: applications of offensive and defensive theory.
Friday 10th: 11-13.30: Longsword plays. 14.30-17.00: mixed weapons (sword v spear etc).
Saturday 11th: 11.00 onwards: Tournament. 20.00 onwards: PARTY! All welcome.

The course is open to all students, of any level of experience. The training will be geared to those present; students not yet ready for freeplay will be given preparatory exrecises: students already comfortable in freeplay will be pushed to the next level.
At the end of this seminar, all attendees should have a clearer understanding of the structure and content of Fior Battaglia, and be able to apply the key concepts and techniques in a structured freeplay setting. The origins and purpose of the syllabus drills and form should also be clear.

Course cost: 250 euros (whole event); 150 euros (either half).
Course limited to 22 participants.

What means that "Either half"? Or what is the either half? Is it 1,2,3 or 4 days?

Either half refers to the long weekend either side of the rest day (Wednesday 8th), so, July 4th to 7th, or 9th to 11th. Does this help?

Would it be ok to do only the first Sat/Sun? And if so, at what cost?

Yeah like Jaana said is it possible to come one or two days only? Because somedays there is interesting stuff and somedays not so interesting.

This is not a normal seminar event; it is an immersion course, and a celebration of the 600th anniversary of the writing of Fior Battaglia.
One of the purposes of these longer seminars is to generate a group spirit in the attendees. So, having people drop in and out of classes is not ideal. At the moment, we are only accepting reservations for the whole event or either half, as stated above.
However, if someone signs up for the event, there is no law preventing them from just coming the the bits they think they will find interesting, though that will prove to be rather expensive; and who knows, the bit you think might be boring may turn out to be the best class you've ever had.
If there are free spaces available, we may open the first two days to other students, at a reduced rate (probably 100e), though this will be decided closer to the time.
I hope that all students in all branches will come to the party though :-)

Fiore extravaganza is quickly approaching. We have set up a team that will take care of the nutritional needs of the attendees throughout the seminar. Each day, excluding Wednesday, a hot dish will be on offer, accompanied with the appropriate side dishes and dessert. Price is the usual 5 euros per serving or 30 euros for the whole seminar.
