This seminar will cover breathing training and meditation, for health, fitness, power generation, and to control stress.
It will include content such as:
- Basic breathing
- the Crane exercise
- Awareness of Breath meditation
- Visualisation techniques
- the Nine Breaths meditation
- Basic conditioning, such as forearm exercises
- Basic massage, such as forearms or knees.
Participants will get to determine much of the content; so we may omit some of these items, and add others, such as the breathing form. Come and get healthy!
