Page names have first letter capitalized by default, others not so, except for proper names. Anchors are not capitalized.
Currently not using subpages; there might be an overhaul if this grows ridiculously big and/or it turns out that is a good way to implement Guy's mindmaps.
If you don't understand anything of the above, just ignore it and edit away, some admin will clean up after you.
