We are working primarily from Jeffrey Forgeng's translation, published in 2003 and updated in 2018. The interpretation has been significantly influenced by the work of Sean Hayes and Roland Warzecha.
Note: update needed to provide videos of all the basic drills, borrowed from the online course.
